Elon Musk trolling Twitter on Twitter amid lawsuit reports is absolutely comical

Elon Musk posted a meme on Twitter Sunday night poking fun at the social media outlet for reportedly preparing to sue him over backing out of the $44 billiontakeover.

Musk told Twitter on Friday that he’s terminating the deal due to concerns over spam accounts.

The meme Musk posted features his face with various reactions as it details how Twitter must now disclose bot info in court after refusing to do so on previous ocassions.

Musk, the world’s wealthiest person, doesn’t take anything seriously, which is both concerning and entertaining.

He had previously reached great levels of trolling but doing so to Twitter

on its own platform is a new benchmark for the Tesla owner.

Twitter prepares lawsuit

Twitter chairman Bret Taylor tweeted out a statement saying the social network plans on taking legal action to close the transaction.

“The Twitter Board is committed to closing the transaction on the price and terms agreed upon with Mr. Musk and plans to pursue legal action to enforce the merger agreement,” Taylor wrote. “We are confident we will prevail in the Delaware Court of Chancery.”

Early reports claim Musk could lose in court and be forced to buy Twitter.

Some say, however, that the billionaire wants to use the legal battle to set a lower purchase price.
