Jessica also completed 45-minute workout sessions three days a week.

 

 

According to Pasternak, those sessions included a five- to 10-minute cardio warm up, 20 to 30 minutes of resistance training and flexibility, followed by five to 10 minutes of cardio cool down.And lately, she’s been getting active in other ways by going on bike rides and doing yoga.
