The Queen is reportedly unwilling to “slam the door” on Prince Harry. Her Majesty The Queen does not want to shut the door on The Duke of Sussex, 36.
This is because the Queen, 95, is fearful of “devastating consequences” following a turbulent year in which she has lost her husband Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh.
Royal expert Angela Levin tweeted: “My view is that Harry’s family in London are very worried about his mental health and think slamming the royal door in his face could have devastating consequences.”
It comes after reports surfaced suggesting Kate Middleton and Prince William expect Harry and Meghan Markle to be pulled back in.
The Duchess of Cambridge is reported to have told pals she does not think it is too late for the Sussexes.
Royal expert Camilla Tominey told Stella magazine : “Despite the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Oprah Winfrey interview, when Kate was accused of making Meghan cry during a bridesmaid’ s dress fitting and failing to support her, Kate rose decidedly above it all.
“Setting aside any personal resentment she may still feel about Harry and Meghan’s televised two-hour tell-all, Kate put her best foot forward in trying to carve a path to reconciliation between the brothers.
“Few would have blamed her for giving Harry the cold shoulder, yet she clearly resolved that the situation needed to be appeased rather than aggravated.”
